A: The Eco Women Eco Period Swimwears are a complete replacement for other leak management products. There is no need to use anything else in conjunction with them, even on your heaviest days, with our heavy and super absorbency swimwears holding up to 60 ml.

Q: What size is right for me?

A: We recommend taking your normal swimwear size. If you are unsure, please refer to our size chart for measurements.

Q: Do I need to wash them before wear?

A: Yes, we recommend washing your period swimwears before the first time you wear them to help prime the 4 layer eco technology. We also recommend hand washing and air drying to prolong the life of your swimwears.

Q: What does it feel like wearing them?

A: The Eco Women Eco Period Swimwears feel just like regular swimwear! The absorbent gusset was designed to be comfy and discreet, never bulky or heavy. Just choose your favorite style of swimwear and you are good to go!

Q: How do I care for my period swimwears?

A: We recommend hand washing your swimwears in cold water and air drying. Avoid using fabric softener, bleach, or ironing. Do not tumble dry, as this may damage the eco technology. With proper care, your swimwears can last up to 2 years.

Q: Are The Eco Women Eco Period Swimwears environmentally friendly?

A: Yes, they are! Our swimwears are made with 4 layers of eco technology, including a bamboo charcoal layer for odor control and a waterproof outer layer. They are reusable and can help reduce waste associated with disposable period products.

Q: Can I wear The Eco Women Eco Period Swimwears for other activities besides swimming?

A: Absolutely! Our swimwears can be worn for any activity where you would wear regular swimwear. They are perfect for yoga, hiking, or any other active pursuits.

Q: How often should I change my period swimwears?

A: We recommend changing your swimwears every 4-6 hours on average, or as needed depending on your flow. Remember to rinse them in cold water after use and wash them as soon as possible to maintain their effectiveness.

Q: Can I return or exchange my period swimwears?

A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Taking care of your The Eco Women period swimming costume couldn't be easier, Please wash cold with no fabric softener or bleach. Anything hotter than 30 degrees can impact the waterproof nature of the material and failing to adhere to the washing instructions will invalidate any returns.
